Power kits- (JBS)

The PJB series utilize pipe standoff for on-pipe installation to allow heating cables to directly enter the enclousure without the use of insulation while protecting the cables from exposure.

The PJB series connection kits use core sealer and RTV adhesive without the need for heatgun for installation. Spring-type terminals provide safe and rliable connections with capacity up to 8AWG conductor sizes.

Lighted End kit- (SR-LEK)

The SR-LEK is designed to terminate the end side of self-regulating heating cables. The (SR-LEK) is a pipe mounting lighted end kit, the installation to allows the SR heating cables to directly enter the enclosure without having the heating cable exposed.

The kit uses core sealer and RTV adhesive without the need for heatgun for installation.

High profile End kit- SR-LEK

High profile End kit- (SR-LEK)

The (SR-HEK) is designed to terminate the end side of the self-regulating heating cables for up to two heating cables and also allows for in-line splice connections.
The (SR-LEK) is a pipe mounting lighted end kit, the installation to allows the SR heating cables to directly enter the enclosure without having the heating cable exposed. GB300 uses rubber end cap or core sealers and RTV adhesive without the need for heatgun for installation.

The RTD-100 is designed for use as control input for freeze protection and temperature maintenance applications requiring pipewall or tankwall temperature sensing. A cast-aluminum NEMA 4X/7 enclosure and terminal block allows ease of wiring into a single unit that can be installed directly onto a heat traced pipe. The RTD-100 housing and mounting pad are stainless steel. The RTD-100 is suitable for use in heat tracing applications where surface temperatures do not exceed 900°F (482°C)

CL is a caution / warning label designed to be placed on the pipes and tanks outside insulation jacketing for indication of existing/installed heat trace on the pipes and tanks.

SR cable connection kit provides to be used to connect the SR cable onto another style of JB. Provided in package style, will include the following:

  • Caution label.
  • 3/4 strain relief.
  • Heat shrink end cap.
  • Conductor and ground heat shrink tube.
  • Plastic Marrettes.

Self regulating heat trace low profile end kit is a heat shrink end kit used to cap the end of the SR cable, the end side of the cable is recommended to be placed under the insulation and jacketing.
